Technical access data (such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website. This data is used only for technical operation and security and is not used to build user profiles.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, your IP address is transmitted to Google. We use Google Fonts solely for consistent presentation.

Links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply. We do not embed social trackers on this site.

The Screen Room at /watch and the teaser tape on /teaser show the official SP Family series teaser through an embedded YouTube player. When the embedded player loads, your browser connects to YouTube/Google and they may process usage data (such as IP address, device information, and cookies they set) under their own privacy terms. We use the embed only to display the official teaser; we have not added any separate analytics or tracking around it. To avoid this, you can simply not load those pages, or block third-party content for youtube.com in your browser.

If you leave your email on /teaser, SmartPfote Ltd. stores it so we can notify you about the first SP Family release (the first signal).

• Legal basis: your consent.
• Data stored: email address, source ("teaser"), the consent text shown to you, the consent version, and a timestamp.
• Storage today: the email is stored in this site's own Lovable Cloud database (the signal_waitlist table). Shopify sync is deferred until a secure server-side credential setup is configured; the entry is marked as pending sync.
• Possible future use: when the first SP Family release is sent, the email may be moved into Shopify Customers (or a comparable email/CRM system) for the same first-signal purpose — never resold, never shared with unrelated third parties.
• What is NOT happening: no automated drip emails, no double opt-in flow, no marketing newsletter, no tracking pixels, no profiling, no analytics integration.
• Removal: ask us anytime at shop@pawtiqo.com and we will delete the entry.

There are no active user accounts, no active checkout, no uploads, and no payments processed on this site at this time.

Where the site offers downloadable artifacts (such as wallpapers, printables, or audio files), the files are generated locally in your browser and saved to your device. They are not uploaded to a server.

The site asks for consent before loading Meta Pixel for marketing measurement. If you accept, Meta may set cookies or use similar browser technologies to record page visits. If you reject, Meta Pixel is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. Minimal browser storage may also be used for preferences such as a sound-awake toggle.

With marketing consent, Meta Pixel records PageView events on initial load and navigation so we can understand visits associated with Meta. No purchase events or custom interaction events are currently sent. Meta Pixel remains inactive until you accept marketing cookies.

The site uses hosting, Google Fonts, outbound links to social platforms, and—only with your marketing consent—Meta Pixel. Meta processes Pixel data under its own privacy terms. As new features (mailing list, shop checkout, accounts) come online, this policy will be updated.

The website does not currently offer public accounts, checkout, uploads, or payment processing. If you leave a signal on the teaser page, we store your email address and related consent information for the first SP Family release notification, as described in the Signal waitlist section above.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at shop@pawtiqo.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU/EEA member state of your residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
